The manager of the launch said that they will stop here for a while. The passengers panic, but Shant calmly tries to understand the situation. He learns that the launch is stuck due to some mechanical fault. Rehana, who is very scared by this situation, looks at Shant. Fear and worry are evident in his eyes. Shanta holds her hand and says,

"Don't be afraid. We'll be fine."

At this moment, a kind of attraction was created inside the two of their minds. As the danger escalates, they come closer to each other. Shanta promises that she will keep Rehana safe. But at that time the water of the river became more turbulent. The launch continued to swing. Passengers screamed, many sat down in prayer. Shanta urges everyone to remain calm and seeks the cooperation of the launch personnel. He realizes that his responsibility is not only to himself, but also to the entire passengers.

At this tense time Rehana came to her and said calmly, 

"Are you afraid?"

 Rehana is quiet for a moment, then says,

 "Fear not, for I know you are." 

This brought a strange confidence to both of them. In this one moment between the quivering river and the swinging launch, the strength of their relationship is so much stronger.

Finally the situation came under control. The malfunction was repaired, and the launch resumed operation. The passengers are overjoyed, but Shanta and Rehana realize the beginning of a new relationship between them. After reaching Barisal, their relationship took a new turn.

Shant was a highly educated young man, working in a corporate job in Dhaka; And Rehana is a university student. Their first conversation began after the storm. But after reaching Barisal, everything changed. Rehana's family was furious after learning about the affair. When Shanta went to Rehana's house to drop Rehana back, the atmosphere turned fiery with her father's anger.

 Shanta wanted to explain that they were just friends. But in the eyes of Rehana's family, this was impossible.

Over the next few days, the situation became more complicated. Under the pressure of Rehana's family, Shanto had to stay in Barishal. Meanwhile, a relative of Rehana started spreading rumors that they had eloped and married. Rehana's family felt threatened from a social point of view. Shantar's family also came to Barisal after hearing the news. The pressure continued to mount on Shant and Rehana.

In this dramatic situation, Shanto and Rehana met one night. They knew that if their relationship was shrouded in secrecy like this, there would be many more obstacles. They decide, if their love is true, it is ready to face the struggle. The next morning, they brought the two families together. Shanta said.

 "I have done nothing wrong. We are trying to get to know each other. If love is a crime, then I am guilty." Rehana was standing next to him.
